Same here. Downloading multiple items doesn't work anymore.

Hi Dan, I will not be able to do the debug until the weekend, but this thread describes the same issue: http://forums.zotero.org/discussion/4645

@Dan Stillman Just to give credit where it's due, we're using TinyMCE, an open-source WYSIWYG XHTML editor, for the notes. May be an update of the credits in 'About Zotero' is due.

No, I don't have this style installed. I am getting the same message for every style I try to install. Here is another example: http://www.zotero.org/styles/american-journal-of-bioethics/dev?install=1 references an invalid or non-existent CSL file …

It happens with multiple styles (the date stamp on the files is from 2003). The only case where it doesn't happen is a relatively recent PNAS file. The PNAS file was downloaded about six months ago from the endnote website and modified by me to fit …

I couldn't help but notice that the EndNote style support is enabled in the latest 1.5 release. Does this mean that the lawsuit is being settled?
-
I can confirm this. I am using the latest dev. XPI build on FIrefox 3.01, windows XP. Zotero does not generate any errors that can be reported during the export.
-
Yes, It does not work either. PyUNO is installed. I tried to test it using the 'Hello world' program from here: http://udk.openoffice.org/python/python-bridge.html It failed with this error message on the console: C:\Program Files\OpenOffice.org 3\…

Dan, can you implement the citation window as a pane or a tab within the firefox browser? I know it is not optimal, but not being able to move and resize the citation window can be on occasion very unpleasant.
-
I too am interesting in helping, either by donations or any other way you see fit. This lawsuit would have been silly if it wasn't that disgusting.

It syncs fine. You are right, I am adding a lot of items between the syncs. This and the delays from the webdav and zotero servers may explain the hangs. One thing that I noticed in the debug output is that when loading for the first time zotero se…

This is an update. It seems that the PNAS site is the first to use a new version of the HighWire publishing platform, so it is likely that soon the HighWire translator will stop working with other sites. This is from the PNAS site: "HighWire Pres…

WebDav works fine for me so far (2 hours). If you have a moderately sized library with attached PDFs it may take a while to import it even if the WebDav server is on your local network as in my case. Fantastic job Dan! I hope the new word plugin …

I would like to echo Rintze's comment about the need for confidentiality. I am in a similar situation where we do research in dug development. I can imagine other people from the medical and legal fields also will have concerns about privacy and con…

Is there any development on this issue? The ticket is marked critical for the 1.0.6 release, but is still open.

For me the word/openoffice plugins are the most lacking part of Zotero. Things like tickets #1013 and #913 make it hard to use for writing papers. In my case where I have to write in collaboration with colleagues, these bugs rule out zotero as viab…

Dan, can we use two characters to close the field - one for word and one for OOo. Everythime the wordprocessor is switched the user will reformat the references and the macro will switch the field closing character. I admit it is very ugly, bu…

I wrote to PNAS on Jan 18th, and didn't get any response from them. Did you write to the editorial board or to the e-mail address that is in the "blocked" message?
-
Can someone from the zotero developers comment on this problem? Can you reproduce it? It is a showstopper for me because I have to exchange document with Word users, while I have only OOo installed.
-
I can confirm this too with Zotero 1.0.2 and the latest stable version of the plugin. When inserting citations in word 2003 (windows 2k) using bookmarks I am getting the same compiler error. Using fields works fine, but then I can transfer the docu…

PNAS has updated the message that shows up after they block the access. Here is the interesting part (one pager per minute sounds a bit harsh): " "Offline browsers" can create too-frequent requests, especially if they haven't been configured pr…

One more vote for translator for the Public Library of Science (PLoS) journals: www.plos.org

I am getting a "Basic runtime error: Variable not defined" pointing to this line: Set fnSelection = Selection.range I guess I'll have to wait for the final release.
-
It's nice to have the styles, but isn't it a bit premature to say that zotero supports them? From what I see zotero can not generate bibliography with the new styles. In addition the openoffice and possibly the word plugins don't work with the devel…

Can't wait;) I am almost done writing a paper and I would love to use zotero do the references.

Simon, this validates OK. Is the collapsing according to the new schema implemented in zotero? I am using the latest development snapshot of zotero (1.0.0rc4.r1677) and it doesn't seem to work.
