Conference proceeding you can cite/save like a book. Usually, you do not need to cite the whole issue. If you do not have PDF file for individual articles in the issue, you can use any free pdf tools for splitting the PDF of the whole issue.

Zotero has very limited sources for ISBN search. It works relatively good for English books but the other languages are not sufficient. I usually use a national library, there I find the correct book by its ISBN and import the record to the Zotero.

Yes, you are right, there is a lot of peoples with the same or similar CV which seems like advertising of commercial service. The personal pictures of these "peoples" are downloaded from the internet and I can say, that these profiles are fake.
