Sorry this is not possible in Zotero yet. You can use tags for rating. If you add colour the the tag, then you see importance of the items directly on the middle pain.

No, if you did not sync your PC with online account, then there is no way to recover your data. You can try tu use any service for recover data from damaged HDD.

Zotero 5 can read RSS too. I use it for scanning journals which I am focused on. And the items in focused feeds can be imported directly. But I think, not with complete functionality - if I am true, the pdf attachments are not imported from feeds.

There is no qouta to install new style. Qouta is affected only by new items. Styles are not synced to the Zotero cloud.

It seems like your Zotero cannot access the Internet. If your second PC is in the same network and works correctly then it seem as the firewall in Windows deny access for Zotero. Try to check it.
