• Actually, it does work now works by changing the genral option in zotero standalone preferences. I'm satisfied with this behavior for now. Would be good to get the option in the chrome connector, with a dedicated keyboard shortcut. thanks

• thanks. that would be a good workaround if you could expand all folders and search for "China" as opposed to "C". I have about a dozen folders that begin with "C". p.s. expand/collapse all would be a nice feature.
