Thanks for reporting this @alexschmid3, we'll have a fix in the next release. In the meantime, if you close the annotation toolbar, or don't have it in the vertical position, it shouldn't crash even in landscape.

While this specific feature is not planned for iPadOS, you can try the inherent split view, to launch another Zotero app instance, and open in both the same item.

Hey @RonnieChow, in iOS/iPadOS you don't need to install the connector in the browser, but rather install the iOS/iPadOS Zotero app, from the App Store. Then, you can use the share button and select the Zotero app, to Save something.
