Hey @lh123234, does this occur every time you try to open this PDF? How many pages and how many annotations does it have?

Can you see and open these files in the web library? From the log you sent, one file you try to open seems to not be synced to zotero storage from the device you originally added it.

Your iPad has a no longer supported iPadOS version. It has 15.6.1 installed, and the minimum supported version is currently 16.6 If you cannot update it, you can probably still use it with the web library, but not the iOS Zotero app.

Yes, please send it, as it might be related to the first ever time certain PDFs are opened.

Thank you for the report. Can you specify how you uploaded the file? E.g. in the app, sharing it from Files, some other way? Can you also share this file by mail to support@zotero.org and mention this thread?

Can you please describe the exact steps you follow to sync, or even better share a screen recording? The debug log you sent, shows the sync to be explicitly cancelled by a user action, e.g. putting the app in the background.

Did the proble appear after you upgraded to the latest beta? Have you since then, deleted any items in the desktop that you were previously reading in the iPad?
