Can you please provide screen recordings of these issues, and share them here or mail them to support@zotero.org mentioning this thread. Also mention which version of the app you have installed, as well as which apple pencil and iOS device you use.

Can you open these documents in the web library? Do you have any issues there? Additionally, could you create a group library, and copy the document with the annotations there, so you can share it as is with us, for further debugging?

Hey @nathancashion, thanks for the feedback, we pinpointed the issue and it will be fixed in an upcoming release. Keep in mind that this issue only appears in the beta version, in iOS 26.

According to the log you sent, you should also see the error "Invalid item types selected.", which means you only selected types that cannot produce a citation. Those are notes and standalone attachments.
