Most likely the latter. I renamed a few collections during the period that the error occurred. It seemed to work fine: the collection would appear in the search under its new name. I did a bunch of these. Might have deleted a collection too.

Ok, sent the email. I did reset the lastviewedfolder pref, and I am now able to see my collection. I won't, however, do anything till I hear from you guys. Yes, please do delete that search, I will recreate it.

FWIW, I'm having the same issue. My report appears blank about halfway through. Funny though is that I can "select" the blank parts and paste them in a word processor and they apper.

Hmm... Does that mean that those items will now be left as orphans in storage? The database no longer knows they are there. I guess I should do a full delete/restore from an earlier backup.

Thanks for letting me know. I'll wait for the fix. Meanwhile, is there a workaround? I'm really excited about the ability to integrate notes, tags and citations (something Endnote can't do) but this kind of puts a damper on it.
