https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/changes_not_syncing I'm guessing #5 By the app version do you mean the iOS app? It doesn't look like the account you're posting from is being used for either a desktop or iOS app.

What type of device?

It's not currently possible to import using the web library. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/web_vs_desktop

https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing The short answer. You're at your storage limit.

If an attached file has been uploaded, you'll see the attachments listed at the bottom of the metadata details. There would be a link to open/download on the right, or if you open the attachment details it would have open or download buttons shown …

You can generally assume that the documentation is correct and works for most people. If you think the documentation is wrong you should link to what specific instructions you're talking about. https://www.zotero.org/support/reporting_problems http…

There were some issues with the API earlier but that should be resolved now.

Zotero is free and open source software, so your security team can review the code if they like. I'm afraid we're not able to accommodate requests for custom documentation or questionnaires. You can find information about the nonprofit organizatio…

You did that right, but I'm afraid they don't have an Institution subscription. If you leave the email on your account, unlimited storage will automatically be applied if they do start one.

Users should not create new accounts. They can add an additional email address to their account from their account settings https://www.zotero.org/settings/account They can keep their personal email address as the primary address since institutiona…

The web library doesn't have that feature. https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/web_vs_desktop

https://www.zotero.org/support/zotero_data#data_directory_contents Annotations are just stored in the same place as all your other Zotero data, in an sqlite database. https://www.sqlite.org/index.html You can certainly examine it if you like. It's…

Disable your plugins (at least the style one, though others may also be causing problems).

You were only charged for the 2GB subscription. When you upgraded to your new plan, you still had time left on your previous subscription. When that's the case, we don't charge you immediately when you upgrade. Instead we adjust your expiration dat…

We don't have anything to do with this wordpress plugin, and libZotero is not really maintained currently, but this error is probably fixed if you make the change from https://github.com/fcheslack/libZotero/commit/e7255799cffdb2c3ef1de470d16a97947b…

There's no invitation pending for you for that group (for the Zotero account you're posting from). They can check the pending invitations for that group to see if they sent it to the wrong email, or just try inviting you again.

This isn't a general problem. It looks like your account ended up in an unexpected state when the new payment details were entered. Your subscription is active again and it should renew tomorrow with the new payment details. If you still have troub…

We were able to reproduce this and it should be fixed now. Thanks for reporting.

Yes, those are different Zotero accounts.

No, it should take effect almost immediately after they add their tufts.edu email address and show in their storage (note that it will show on the left side, while the right side will still show the free personal storage level they would have if the…

Open the trash. Select items you want to restore. Right-click > Restore to Library.

I can reproduce this on Kubuntu 22.04

We would need an example DOI that's not working for you.
-
What Zotero account is this for? The account you're posting from hasn't been upgraded and doesn't need storage. If you upgraded a different Zotero account, email storage@zotero.org with the details and we can help sort it out.
-
https://www.zotero.org/support/kb/files_not_syncing#short_answer You're at the storage limit.

Fixed. Thanks.
-
Just the short answer. You're at your storage limit. You're almost certainly getting a sync error when you sync from your Macbook that says files were not uploaded because you're out of space.
