You need to add a secondary address, confirm it by clicking the link in the email, and then make that one your primary address.
-
If you clicked the link to use the mobile site, it will remember that preference. If it's not automatically choosing mobile based on the browser you should just choose full site from the menu as Dan noted.
-
Make sure she tries logging in with the username (noted in the password reset email). Only the username and primary email address can be used to log in to zotero.org and sync.

1 was an oversight with the javascript validation, and a cosmetic issue. As you noted it doesn't make sense and the API treats it as such. They should behave the same now. 2 and 3 I can't replicate. It should work as you expect, granting access to …

You're not doing anything wrong. zotero.org doesn't currently associate newly registered users with invitations that were sent to their email address, so after she had created her account and logged in, she would need to follow the link in the emai…

Not currently.

The group settings have a "Members Settings" page with a link at the bottom to "Send More Invitations". You can use that to send invitations to a comma separated list of email addresses.
-
You can install it from the chrome web store. https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ekhagklcjbdpajgpjgmbionohlpdbjgc

Dawn Byrd: Are you sure the transfer was still pending when you followed the link?
-
Apologies. The one you just sent is the first I've seen. Responded via email.

https://www.zotero.org/downloadbookmarklet It's linked from the bottom of the download page under 'connectors' It's not as prominent just because most people should be using the full connectors.

Report them for abuse. The problem with banned users still showing up was fixed long ago.

I believe the error for duplicate addresses is pretty generic, but that's almost certainly what it was.

Is this on specific types of pages (library pages, group pages, here on forum pages)? Did you install any new extensions in Chrome recently? This shouldn't generally happen, and I don't think anything on zotero.org has changed in the recent past t…

It's just red text directly under the offending form field. In a ul element with class="errors".
-
That is strange. I assume you don't have any user styles or anything that would hide it?
-
I meant does it both fail and succeed with the same description content. If you try to save and it fails, then put in the same content, does it succeed? I haven't been able to replicate this so far, except by putting in content over the character l…

Do you always get the green "Group Settings Saved" notification, even when it gets discarded? Does it work/not work different times with the same content?

We're probably not going to add to the list of styles explicitly offered there, but we do want to make it easier to get at all the available styles from the web library. adamsmith is correct though, there is currently no way for you to add it your…

File storage for groups is counted against the quota of the group owner. You, or at least the account you upgraded to unlimited storage, are not the owner of the group library, so your storage plan does not apply to the group. If you want your unli…

It is synced, but it is not currently exposed on the website. It will be exposed on the website in the future.

Is the other partition set to be auto-mounted on startup (or login)? By default I don't think they usually are on Ubuntu, and I could see it not being mounted until you go through the file selection dialog.
-
No. That's still the url the Zotero API points to, and will probably remain. It's something we should clean up on the website, but for various reasons (I think all of which are obsolete now) we didn't at the time.
-
Yes and no. The first is a newer version of the web library which is basically a single page web app. The second is the old static version, which had its functionality significantly pared down when the new one rolled out. Out of curiousity, did you…

Most likely because it is already being used by another account.

Replied via email.

When you purchase storage and you already have a plan, we calculate how much remaining value you have on your plan, convert that to a number of days at the new storage level, and add that to the year you're purchasing. Because there was less than 12…

Group storage counts only against the quota of the group's owner, which is not the account you're posting from.
