Sorry, I missed that the email was in the title earlier. oboylem@icloud.com is a secondary email address on the account and won't work to log in. Use the username that's in the password reset emails (oboylem).

Many sites block large swaths of IPs that are known VPNs or common VPS hosting (such as AWS IP blocks) as a matter of course specifically to prevent bypassing controls the way you're attempting to.

@minicht Not sure what you mean by the collection disappearing, but when you drag onto a collection it should highlight it. When it does not it's because the item already exists in that collection, so dropping there has no effect.

You don't need them both open at the same time. Open the collection with the notes, select the notes you want to move, then drag them over the new collection (in the left pane) and drop them there.

It is almost certainly that you simply registered previously and then forgot. If you try to recover your password https://www.zotero.org/user/lostpassword it will indicate the username associated with the account in the email.

If you get this repeatedly it's almost certainly because that email address is already associated with another account.
