Your account is not the owner of that group. Group storage counts only against the quota of the group owner.

No messages here have gone unanswered. One should have been emailed to you by stripe (our payment processor). A more detailed one is available through a link (View Payment Receipt) on https://www.zotero.org/settings/storage

What version of Safari? I can't reproduce this on Safari 7.1

What username is noted in the password reset email? You registered two separate accounts, one with each email. That's the account that you reset the password for, and the one you'll need to delete if you want to re-use the email address. If you do…

We don't currently have a way to update the payment information for renewal, but you'll get a notification if it fails, and your subscription won't lapse.

The old validation email wouldn't automatically log you into your other account. If you send a password reset email to it though (https://www.zotero.org/user/lostpassword) it will note the username in the account. You can only delete an email addre…

All the links are nofollow, but that doesn't seem to deter them, and automatic detection has too many false positives to let it work automatically. I hope to roll out something closer to forum moderation style controls soon after the new site with…

Email notifications only go to the primary address. Secondary accounts are mostly for associating your account with your institution if they provide Zotero storage space for you, and can be used for password resets.

With Vanilla 2 yes. It is close. It's in final shakedown/bugfix/styling mode.

https://www.zotero.org/support/storage#using_zotero_file_storage_for_group_libraries If you're the owner of the group, files in the group will count against your quota. If you're only a member, they will not.

This should be posted to the Zotero Dev list (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/zotero-dev) or the libZotero github if that's what the problem is about.

It does not indicate the Zotero servers got hacked. The message was sent to your account on zotero.org through the provided messaging system. There's little we can do to prevent actual humans from registering an account and sending a few messages, b…

@aurimas that's actually because I updated those forms in response to this thread, but forgot the login form. @jdhoek Thanks for pointing this out, and for assuming (correctly) that it's just a front end thing, not a fundamental security issue. It …

This looks like it's probably https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=423128 and https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=422246 We may be able to work around it on the server side.

Is this the mobile layout or the full one? Or both?

No

This should be working if you try again now.

Looking into it.

Looking into it.

No. that was a (relatively arbitrary) limit on the website. For the moment we've increased that limit to 100. There will be no such limitation in the near future.

Updated. Thanks.

I think this is just javascript sorting poorly. It looks like citeproc-js falls back to localeCompare. Nodejs doesn't have Intl support built in yet so localeCompare still sorts diacritics after z.

You purchased it on a different account. Check your email.

The owner/admins can change permissions to allow those things under the group's library settings.
