There is no limit. The meter showing was a bug.
-
Sorry for missing that. Replied via email.

What OS and browser?
-
You can have more than one (and you must to change it, because a verified address must be set before you can delete your old one). You can email registration@zotero.org with the address you're trying to add and we can investigate.

Are you sure she's logged in on the account you're transferring to? She should get a message in her zotero.org inbox, as well as be able to accept it from the group page.
-
The email address issue will generally be because it is already associated with another account.
-
Bug. Try now.
-
That username does not appear to exist. The username she registered with should be noted in the password recovery email.
-
It looks like our payment processor (rather than your bank, which would normally be the case) flagged the payment. If you try now it should go through. Apologies for the inconvenience. Your files are in no danger though.

I'm seeing the same behaviour in both Firefox and Chrome. It requires selecting the new item type twice, but then saves successfully. Needing to select it twice is obviously still a bug though. Can you try that and let me know if you see the same th…

Also, that proxy comment is from libZotero, but I was under the impression that connecticuthistory.org made requests from PHP, which shouldn't need that functionality.

If the change dstillman referenced is actually the issue, and the library is not actually private (since the output is a public website) you could just change the Zotero library to be publicly readable.

alright. I can reproduce. Looking into it.

Where did you get that error? When trying to do what? Is that from a third party app (trying to authorize)?
-
This should be fixed now.

I think we've tracked this down. We were still trying to accommodate the possibility of users without javascript enabled, but even the limited requests it was trying to do in that case were taking too long (I imagine because there are a lot of colle…

I can't reproduce this. Did the library page load and then you got an error when it was trying to load the data? (the typical site frame would still be there, but no library data would load) Was it an error page entirely different from the library?

Email storage@zotero.org with the details. (You can pay in advance by purchasing the same plan multiple times)

I believe this has become slightly less reliable in Firefox on Linux because of the changes to the Firefox menu. The first press of the alt key works as designed, but also un-hides Firefox's menu. The second press just re-hides the Firefox menu and …

Email storage@zotero.org with details of which account paid and which account you actually want the subscription for.
-
Just the owner of the group.

This was a problem with our sending emails. Most of the ones that failed should have been re-sent a few hours ago (and new ones should be going out normally).
-
Zotero makes its own distinction about primary email addresses. That's not the primary email address for your account. Responded via email.
-
Aurimas is correct. You will pay full price, but get extra time.
-
You just need to choose that plan the next time you pay for your subscription, but it won't allow you to choose it if your current usage is already over 2GB.
-
Thanks for the heads up. Should be fixed now.
-
You're correct. It's not currently possible but it should be in the future.
