There isn't. I didn't understand what you were asking the first time around. This is something that we should do on the website, but I don't have an ETA just yet.

@lemarie It looks like your renewals went through on the account you're posting from (and that should be reflected on your storage settings when logged in with this account). The most likely scenario is that you registered a different account at so…

What's not working for you now? Is it something that was working for you the last time you posted?

Both of those should now go to the item details in the full library interface. Let me know if you see any unexpected behaviour. The first version was as intended, for both page load and search indexing purposes, but hopefully neither should be a c…

Probably wise, though I did actually see it the first time. I just hadn't had time to look at what was actually happening, which looks like a bug in some of the redirect patterns. So yes, we can definitely make this better. That less useful page it…

It's almost certainly that the address is already associated with another account. The error isn't particularly useful because we were still trying to treat email addresses as mostly confidential which we worry less about now.

.quebec domain works fine for me. We're no longer attempting to validate that TLDs are real.

Email storage@zotero.org with details.

Alt normally works on Kubuntu. It highlights the collections when it is held down, and shows the Firefox menu after it is released.

Thanks for pointing that out. That was an old email address. It's now been updated (the proper address is storage@zotero.org).
-
yes, you can change user roles for a group (including removing the user from the group completely) in the member settings for that group.
-
You can't log in to an unverified account. I believe I already responded to your email. If not you can email registration@zotero.org with the details of the account and we'll get it sorted out.

Which pages are you running into this on? Browsing an individual or group library? Groups pages? Settings pages? Accessing from the same IP shouldn't matter.

We have to collect sales tax on any sales to users within Virginia.

Both of your accounts are activated. It's unlikely you'd be able to post with one if it wasn't, and I can't think of a way that the same account would get different results depending on the device. What seems most likely is that you were trying to l…

The group permissions are set up to allow members to add/edit metadata, but only admins to edit/attach files.
-
Yes, your storage will automatically revert to the 300 MB free plan. Your storage quota only includes attached files, so if you delete all your attachments you would see 0 MB of storage being used while your metadata is still there.

At the moment I'd put my money on JSON-LD. Generally equivalent to RDF, but somewhat easier to work with and it seems like more people are getting on this bandwagon (including ones that can push adoption like DPLA, Europeana, and search engines to a…

Should be fixed. It was limited to users able to edit the group library, but that's not documented anywhere and I don't think there was a particularly good reason for it. Any group member should now be able to create new discussions.
-
Should be fixed now for registration and group invitations. Please let us know if you encounter that problem anywhere else on the site.
-
Thanks for pointing this out. Should be fixed now.
-
Do members get an error? There should not be any such limitation. If group discussions are enabled any member should be able to post.
-
And note that group libraries on the website do not show up below the collections in your personal library the way they do in the client. You need to go to them separately. All of a user's groups can be accessed by clicking the groups tab when they'…

Should be fixed.

It was not a change by us (and I believe it only changed earlier today). We had been using a deprecated google API and they finally cut us off. For now we're going to redirect queries to the appropriate site specific DuckDuckGo.
