1. Zotero doesn't have folders, it has collections. The two are not the same:

2. You can already drag and drop collections to turn them into sub-collections.
3. you cannot drag collections to groups:

that has technical reasons as far as I understand.
4. Collections are always ordered alphabetically. That can currently not be changed.
5. Please, if you make feature requests, take a little time and care: Describe exactly what you're missing, describe exactly what you would like to see implemented and for what usage scenario.

1. I can drag and drop file from my desktop however, not folder. If Zotero can drag and drop folder and change it into collection, it will be very good.

w80 - this thread has nothing to do with icon design and very little with folders vs. collections - I was just making sure the difference is clear.
There has been some discussion in the past on changing the collection items to something else - if you're interested in contributing, please find those and continue the discussion there, so that this thread remains dedicated to the original questions.
