Very simple question

I'm sorry in advance for raising such a simple question, but it appears that my research has approached a standstill due to my lack of specific knowledge. I have gathered articles, and now would like to access the database to make some statistics of them (it would be too long and complicated to analyse them within the user interface of Zotero). So the question: how can I access the database?
