Is there a style that gives the references a hyperlink in word so you can click on the reference and the reference is opened (either in zotero, or in a zotero group, or on the journal homepage)

Yes this is possible if your document is HTML - I wrote a style that makes a link with the bibliography, and you could modify that to make the link at the Citation.
But no, not in Word. Only for a webpage...
