Upgrade StorageZotero 10 Broke Keyboard Navigation of Citation Dialog

I waited for the 10.0.7 update to it to see if it would fix this issue, but I'm still having it:
After updating to Zotero 10, I can no longer navigate the citation dialog with my keyboard as I could before. Specifically, after adding an item to the citation, previously I could immediately type (left arrow), (down arrow) to edit the item. Now, the arrow keys do not seem to have any effect after adding an item. I am able click next to the cited items with my mouse and then navigate using the keyboard, but not without clicking with my mouse first.
I tried searching the forums and website but could not find any relevant information about this. Thanks for any advice you can provide.

adamsmithWorks for me exactly as you describe it in the current beta in Word and I've never seen this stop working. Which word processor, which operating system, and have you tested in troubleshooting mode?
