"Some data in My Library could not be downloaded"

Seeing a red "!" in top right corner. Get popup that "Some data in My Library could not be downloaded. It may have been saved with a newer version of Zotero." However I don’t believe I’ve used a newer version of Zotero, so I am posting here as instructed t with a Debug ID for a sync attempt that produces the error.

    You're on a broken old version that isn't auto-updating. Download Zotero from the download page. Your data won't be affected.

    it should be auto-updating, how can I fix that? And when I download Zotero from the download page, do I say keep the old one as well (i.e. "Keep Both" or "Replace")? Sorry, fairly new user!

    Choose Replace.

    Thank you!! I do have auto updates on, so not sure why I had an old version.
