Can login via a website but the app does not recognize the login

I installed Zotero via the cachyos repos AND via the official tarball but get the same problem with both: When logging in the browser says everything is ok but the zotero client does not log in, it stays on waiting to login indefinitely,

I reported this with ID 1622183916. Did I forget to set a specific environment variable or am I missing a necessary dependency?

Install gnome-keyring, or your desktop manager's equivalent OS secrets manager, first.

Fixed the issue for me on Zotero 10.0.1 (zotero-bin package from Arch AUR; 7.2.2-arch1-1).
