How to convert/move a "Group Library" back to "My Library"?

Hi,

I'd like to convert/move a large "Group Library" back to "My Library".

I've tried to drag-&-drop but does not work.

I've look at the Zotero console but no option.

i've look at my Zotero web account, but no option too.

His there any way to do this?

    Drag and drop does work — it's just a little inelegant right now. Select all items in the group library and drag them to My Library, and then drag each top-level collection. (The collections will automatically use the items that you dragged.) We'll make this easier in a future version.

    Note that, if you previously dragged items or collections from My Library to the group, you'll need to delete those in My Library and and empty the trash before dragging them back from the group. (This, too, will be improved in the near future.)

    I tested the workflow suggested above, and there were conflicts with the duplicates which I had to resolve case by case. There seems to be a lot of manual work to move my extensive and multiple groups, with the itemswith annotations, relevant tags, connected papers properties and notes.

    I have already extended the quota of the group space, and am paying for the extra space - but even that is not enough.

    I would really want to be sure I will have the contents for my private use. Would it be easier for me to export the stuff and create a new account for my new project?

    I'm still having the same issue in 2024. It is quite tedious to many drag and drop documents from collections and subcollections... :/

    Just a bump: Migrating group-projects into personal libraries, big ones especially, seems to cause issues. Feature is helpful because we offer migration services to new Zotero users, providing a group library for them.

    Issue:
    Cleared entire personal library for testing
    Copying group-project into personal library I can watch all the entries being copied, but the folder structure won't be created; I can see the amount of titles in "my library" rising though.
    After (supposedly) all the entries have been copied; all titles just vanish from "my library".
    For smaller group projects for testing purposes it works. I also got some errors with tags because they were too long. So I cannot tell whether its because the library is too big (~3000 Titles with PDF-Files) or the project itself causes issues (tags etc).

    Would be nice if that feature received some more care at some point!

    Update: Log file confirmed a time-out after 5 minutes with a database rollback.
    5 minutes seem to be the hard-coded limit for transactions?
