„Add Item by Identifier“ returns no results

Hello,

I am using Zotero on a company-managed Windows laptop. Zotero itself works fine, but the “Add Item by Identifier” function does not.

Whenever I enter a valid ISBN or DOI, Zotero cannot find any metadata and returns no results.

Our company uses Zscaler and a corporate firewall, so we suspect that network restrictions may be blocking the requests.

Could you please let me know:

* Which domains or services does the Identifier function need to access?
* Are there any specific firewall or proxy exceptions that should be configured?
* Is there anything else our IT department should check?
