unable to add citation into Microsoft word.

I have completed the following:

Restarted both Zotero and Word.
Made sure I am using the latest versions of Zotero and Word.
Disabled the Track Changes feature in Word
“Typing replaces selected text” is checked.
I have tried a blank document
Removing the bibliography means that it is permanently gone - Zotero will not re-add it

Screenshot attached of what the issue is - clicking any of the options makes no difference

    Thanks, sorry for posting it again, I hadn't seen the reply, and when I went on the forum it looked like it hadn't posted.
