Menu items not showing + right-click not showing in Zotero 7 & 8

Hello,

I'd like to report two persisting issues that really impacted the user experience.

Issue 1
Menu items disappear, with the row simply becoming blank. See attached photo.

Issue 2
Right-clicking on any items within the Zotero interface would not display the pop-up menu.

These two issues usually appear together, after Zotero is active for some time. The only solution is to restart Zotero, which means I have to re-start Zotero almost every hour. I also tried to disable all the plug-ins but didn't help.

The machine runs macOS 15.6 (latest version) and Zotero 8.0-beta.6+8df8182f0 (latest version). The issue appeared in Zotero 7 as well (thus the upgrade, but it didn't solve).

    We can't help as long as you have plugins enabled.

    Restart in Troubleshooting Mode (Help → "Restart in Troubleshooting Mode…”), which temporarily disables all plugins. If you can still reproduce it, provide a screenshot and Report ID from that.

    Same request -- if you can reproduce this in troubleshooting mode, provide screenshots of what you're seeing together with an error report ID. Otherwise, figure out which plugins are causing this and report to the maintainer.
