I seem to have some formatting issues... not too sure how to solve it.

    For some reason HTML is shocking in the references -- what exact set-up is this? Citations inserted how, which word processor, etc.?
    First thing I'd try is to switch to a different citation style and back

    It is word on Mac using the Zotero Plugin...

    Can you provide a Report ID? Are you using the Zotero beta?
