cannot build prop files in webdav
I have two devices. A win 11. B. IPAD
They sync files by WebDAV. Two devices verified are okay. They could link the WebDAV. The Win 11 could upload files to the WebDAV database, and the iPad could download the files.
Issue: "The documents uploaded by the iPad cannot be downloaded on Windows, although they still appear in the catalog. Upon checking the WebDAV database, I found that each document typically has two associated files with .prop and .zip extensions. However, for the documents uploaded by the iPad, the .prop files are missing, leaving only the .zip files. I downloaded and opened the .zip files from WebDAV and confirmed that they indeed contain the documents uploaded by the iPad.
How to fix the problems.
Thanks.

Upgrade Storage
I've just had Windows 10 PC Zotero sync (auto) to webdav as usual, there was no indication of syncing error.
I'd been updating a webpage capture in an existing item.
(a) I deleted the old attachment, added the new one. I'd used SingleFile to recapture the webpage, and then added it to the Zotero item.
(b) I renamed the attachment file in Zotero.
(c) I started up Zotero on the Linux Mint PC Zotero, again auto-syncing. Zotero appeared to have the attachment, but it wasn't when I tried to access it. Zotero displayed a message and quoted the correct (new) subfolder, but it quoted the old filename of the new webpage capture.
So it seems it had a problem at (b). The new file was available with its old filename in the webdav zip file (downloaded to check), but the prop file was missing for that subfolder.
To fix it, I deleted the attachment on the Windows 10 PC Zotero and emptied the bin - this removed the subfolder. I checked that on Linux Mint the bodged attachment had gone. I manually deleted the zip file in webdav. In Windows 10 Zotero I added a new copy of the attachment (using a different filename temporarily for traceability).
A test of adding a new item and attachment worked fine.
