Upgrade Storagecannot build prop files in webdav
I have two devices. A win 11. B. IPAD
They sync files by WebDAV. Two devices verified are okay. They could link the WebDAV. The Win 11 could upload files to the WebDAV database, and the iPad could download the files.
Issue: "The documents uploaded by the iPad cannot be downloaded on Windows, although they still appear in the catalog. Upon checking the WebDAV database, I found that each document typically has two associated files with .prop and .zip extensions. However, for the documents uploaded by the iPad, the .prop files are missing, leaving only the .zip files. I downloaded and opened the .zip files from WebDAV and confirmed that they indeed contain the documents uploaded by the iPad.

dstillmanHmm, we haven't received any other reports of that. Can you provide a Debug ID from the iPad for adding a file and syncing, where a .prop file isn't created but a .zip file is?
