Bug: Group Libraries don’t sync on iPad

I have done the exact same steps on iPhone and iPad Pro at the same time. On the iPhone, everything works, on iPad, the group libraries are not shown. Also, the list containing only „My library“ cannot be pulled down to manually sync.
  • See Changes Not Syncing, and provide the requested info if you're still having trouble.
  • Thank you very much for your near-instantaneous reply!
If anyone else has this problem, just waiting overnight has solved the problem for me.

Nonetheless, it would be cool to be able to trigger the library sync process on iPad manually.
  • You can pull down on the items list to force a sync.
  • Yes, the items list on the right half of the screen (where the papers appear) can be pulled down. Does this cause a full synchronization of all libraries? Because the list of libraries on the left half of the screen cannot be pulled down in my case.

Pulling down on the items list forces a sync so that you can provide a Debug ID for the sync. It's no different from an auto-sync, but for debugging purposes we need the sync logged, so that's how you trigger it. It shouldn't be necessary to pull down in normal use.
