Can't log in on desktop app
I have an account that I can log into for Zotero on the website and IOS app, but when I enter the same information into my desktop app, it shows an "incorrect login information" message. I know for a fact that it is the same data I'm inserting, and I've got everything updated. Any recommendations for what to do? I've tried changing my password and trying a new one, and that didn't work either.

You can use Help --> Check for Updates to look for an available update
If you really want to manually compare version numbers, you can find your current version number at Help --> About and the most recent Zotero release at the top of the Changelog: https://www.zotero.org/support/changelog but the reason these aren't super prominent is that this shouldn't be something you need to do manually with regular use & setup.
