Upgrade StorageCreating bibliography doesn't work
I encountered a similar issue to the previous posts 'Creating bibliography doesn't work - asks to convert file', which 'convert file' window shows up somehow. And this issue persists even when inserting a citation in a new, empty word file.
And then I tried several times reinstalling zotero plugin to word by both from gui or manually copy and paste file. Then the 'convert file' window does not show up any more but the issue still remains.

dstillman Zotero TeamIf the convert window isn't showing up anymore, that's not the same issue. What exactly is the problem you're experiencing now? What are the steps you're taking to reproduce it in a new, empty document?
