345404018 - Error with Syncing

I have recently downloaded Zotero on a new device and the login in the web browser works but still cannot login or sync on the desktop Zotero. I have followed the troubleshooting steps however it still says I am using the wrong username/ password.

Would appreciate any assistance.

    Install the current version of Zotero from the download page. You're using a very old version (Zotero 6).
  • Hello, I am having the same issue. Even though I am already using the newest version, I still cannot sync.

    @yuyusuf43: I'm not sure why you think you have the latest version? You're running Zotero 6.0.23 from March 2023.
