Citation not working in Google Docs

I don't know why it isn't posting the citation in Google Docs it keeps sending me to the troubleshooting page. This is the ID 540505064 given by the Zotero Application.

Please submit a Debug ID from Zotero for an attempt to perform an operation that is failing.

I opened a troubleshooting page then closed it. I then tried it again and it started working.
