How can I recognize the size of files that are in my libraries - I want to delete too large files

    Do a search in your OS's file manager of the folder hierarchy under Zotero\storage, for *.PDF. Sort by size. The PDF file name may be enough to tell you which Zotero item a big PDF belongs to. If not, put its folder name (eg 2BJZFJXT) in Zotero's Quick Search set to All Fields and Tags.

    Thanks for the immediate advice. Yet, I meant how to control, sort and remove large files contained in my Web Library. The idea is to remain well below the 300mB limit for free use of zotero

    Right, but presumably you didn't add those files on the web?
