Whenever I try to add or edit citations on a Word document, I get an error message when I click on Zotero:

Zotero experienced an error updating your document.

or

I get this message on the link below.

This occurs on Windows 7 Word documents.
I have performed steps 1 through 11 on troubleshooting errors in word processor documents.

and none of these steps seemed to help
