Add Note

When I "add note" in Zotero (I"ve a mac) I usually add it on the margin of the page (so it doesn't cover the text). However, when I do so the text of the note spills off the page, which means I can't see the first few words of the note. Could this be fixed?

The words "This is " are off the screen.
