Upgrade StorageBug: Text field for in-text notes can exist partially off-screen
When adding or clicking a note to a pdf, the text box pops-up centred underneath the note. This means that if a note is placed on the edge of the page, the start of the text is hidden. Here is an example where the start of my green note is not visible (full text is "start of methods"):

This case is common for me as I often place notes in the margin to avoid covering text. This problem can be solved if the pop-up boxes are aware of window boundaries and render to avoid any part of the box being off-screen.
