Document update error with the MS word plugin

Hello,
I'm using Zotero 2.0b7.4 and Zotero Winword Integration 3.0a3 on winXP.
The update worked for some documents but for one of them I have an error when I update it (Report id: 1034481813). Then I can still use it but it's very very slow to open the add citation dialog.
I tried to do this: http://www.zotero.org/support/word_processor_plugin_troubleshooting#debugging_broken_documents but when I copy paste my document into a new document my citations are not detected.

I'll send the document that causes the issue to support@zot....org

Any help would be appreciated.

    Hello,
    is more information required to be able to help me on this? I can perform more actions/troubleshooting if needed and if it can ease the debugging task.

    I'm also having the same problem. I tried deleting the bibliography and saving the document with a different name in another file. But I always get the message: "Zotero experienced an error updating your document."
    My report Id is: 462416431.
    Please help. I'm stuck with my research.
