I'm not sure if this is by design, but when I add/edit a citation in Word (Windows 11), if I go to close the dialog (after adding/editing the citation) by hitting Enter, it will add the/a citation that is a "suggested" citation open just below the dialog rather than closing the dialog.

This seems to me inconsistent with the old behavior and somewhat inconvenient as I then need to delete the newly added citation before closing the dialog.
