Citation Style

Hello, I can't change the citation style of my Word document. I have the latest version of Zotero and Word. What can I do?

    Do you mean that clicking on Zotero > Documents Preferences doesn't let you to change the Citation Style? Or is it something like this? Could you elaborate?
