Endnote XML Import
A scholar at our institution has recently imported an Endnote database into Zotero. There are issues with the import which I'm not sure whether they are bugs or by design.
- DOIs seem not to be imported for books, book chapters and generic documents. Instead there's a note saying that there was no corresponding Zotero field for `electronic-resource-num`. But I think those DOIs could be included in `Extra`.
- When journal articles, generic documents, conference papers had a `pub-location` in Endnote, this also results in a note saying "There's no corresponding field for pub-location". Would it make sense to save them in `Extra` as well?

Or, do we need some special tricks to safe fields that are not available in the GUI in Extra?
Regarding pub-location: I can see why this might be a problem for articles, but wouldn't it make sense to add as much information as possible to generic documents? Otherwise, is there some programmatic way to extract the info from the note and add it to Extra? Should be possible via the Javascript runner, but I'd prefer not to do this if there's an easier way.
