Run-time error'5'

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am using Zotero to add citation through Word. But met error: "Run-time error '5': Invalid procedure call or argument". I have never met this before. The Zotero version I am using is 6.0.27. (But I also tried 6.0.26, still not working). And my computer is MAC with macOS Ventura version 13.5.2

@xy_zz: If you're still having trouble, try updating to Zotero 6.0.28.

You can't stay on 6.0.26, though, so you should work with us to debug this. Are you saying this happens if you update to 6.0.28?

If so, can you provide a Debug ID from that for Zotero startup, using the "Restart with Logging Enabled…" option?

No, I have not try 6.0.28. When I restarted my computer, it just updates to 6.0.27. I will try to update it to 6.0.28 manually later.
