Harvard cite them right is wrong?

Hi,
I'm new to citations. My girlfriend knows citations but isn't good with software.
So together we're trying to muddle through and get Zotero to work to help her with her dissertation.
So, it seems to install correctly and everything, and we set the citation style to harvard-cite them right.
Problem is, in the bibliography for multi author papers, it says "et al" instead of listing the all of the authors, which she says is not correct.
Any idea what I might have done wrong?

Assuming you work in Word, you need to set the citation style in the Word document, within the Zotero tab in Word, under Document Preferences. Common mistake is to add it in Zotero app's Preferences (correct), and think that's where you set it for your documents (wrong).

Also, there are two 12th edition Cite Them Right styles on the repository, one with (no "et al.") :

Are you using that one?
