Hi,

I am encountering an issue when dragging and dropping a pdf file onto Zotero. Normally metadata retrieval begins automatically, but this no longer happens despite the Preference settings. I have also tried right-clicking to manually initiate PDF Metadata Retrieval. The window opens, but it appears to stall out in the Processing stage. This was functioning normally yesterday.

I have restarted my computer and Zotero, checked for updates, and Reset the Translator under Advanced File and Folder settings as previously advised. I have also tested my internet connection and can't find any issue. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
