PDFs not syncing across devices

Hello,

I am primarily using Zotero on a Macbook, however I also wish to access my library on a Dell laptop. I have enabled syncing and I can see my library across both devices, however the PDFs are not accessible from the Dell laptop.

I have looked on Zotero for web and it appears that the PDFs are not all visible on the web version either. I have tried the 'Reset File Sync History' but nothing seems to change.

I have generated the following Debug ID: D1678135039

Any advice would be appreciated.

    Just the short answer. You're at your storage limit. You're almost certainly getting a sync error when you sync from your Macbook that says files were not uploaded because you're out of space.

    If you have file syncing enabled, a warning icon will appear to the left of the Sync button in the Zotero toolbar after you hit a quota error.

    To be clear, the error will appear on the computer where you actually added the files. You wouldn't get a quota error on another computer where you're just trying to download files.
