michalrentka@TingtingHeDS you should see an option to "Export Database" when you crash on startup. Can you please tap that, save the resulting file and send it to support@zotero.org together with corresponding Report ID? Thanks!

sebaceareconecting to internet solved the issue for me. But still in airplane mode it is a bug
