I cannot open iPads Zotero app.Who can help me ?

@TingtingHeDS you should see an option to "Export Database" when you crash on startup. Can you please tap that, save the resulting file and send it to support@zotero.org together with corresponding Report ID? Thanks!

where is the optio "Export Database" located? I am having the same issue

reconecting to internet solved the issue for me. But still in airplane mode it is a bug
