I can't activate the app to use

I'ts impossible to me activate zotero online. I have the extention in chrome but, always appear that Zotero is currently unavailable.

For this reason, is impossible to use in word references.

    My laptop is Dell, thus I installed the chrome extention.

    To use in word, I downloaded the plug in and in the tool bar appears Zotero.

    But, unfortunately always says that don't have conection.

    You need to install the Zotero desktop app available from the download page in addition to the Zotero Connector for Chrome.
    To use in word, I downloaded the plug in and in the tool bar appears Zotero.
    I'm not sure what you mean by this. The Word plugin is part of the Zotero desktop app.

    Mi pc is not mac. The only option that I have is to Install Chrome connector in https://www.zotero.org/download/. For me, doesn't appear a link when I can download the app to install in the pc.

    In the extentions of the chrome, is the icon of Zotero. But, when I try to connect with a paper, gives me the message that doesn't have connection.

    I don't know what is happenning

    There are two large sections on that page — one to download the app and one to download the extension. They should auto-detect whatever you're using, but if you're seeing the wrong one somehow, there are links to the other versions.
