The difference between Info, Tags, etc. and the opened PDF

When you open several PDF files, for example, when you open PDF Book B, what appears in Info, Tags, etc., is the metadata from Article A. Has anyone experienced a similar problem? What's the solution?

I have never experienced what you describe. Just to be sure, you mean that the "Info", "Tags" and "Related" are correct in "My Library", but not in the pdf viewer?

Everything is already in the library. For example, if I open 10 articles at the same time, for example, if I switch to the 2nd article tab, then what appears is still the metadata from the previous article. As an example I put in the following link

No, I happen to use the Zotero Theme, Zotero PDF Preview, Zotero PDF Translate, Zotero Tag, Zotfile, and Zutilo plugins.

Disable them all, to see if the problem goes away. If so, then re-renable them one by one to see if one is the culprit.
