Can't log in to Windows app

  • Hi. I'm struggling with the Windows app this evening. I have logged in on the website several times, checking my login details each time. But I can't get the windows app to accept my login and password - which seem to be exactly the same. I've deleted the details from the app, restarted them, and entered the details again. I'm at a bit of a loss. The debug log was D1020340628. Any ideas on what's going on?

    You tried to log in with an incorrect password too many times and were being temporarily blocked. You should be able to log in now with the correct password.
