Perte dossiers

Bonjour,
Suite à une mise à jour j'ai perdu tous mes fichiers zotero, mes documents s'affichent à présent dans un grand ensemble compris dans "ma bibliothèque". Que dois-je faire?
  • Try restarting Zotero.
If that doesnt' help, could you take a screenshot and upload it to a free image hosting site (imgur.com, dropbox, etc.?)
  • Hi, that doesn't help me... it's always crash

  • The only way to end up with duplicates of everything is to use export/import, and the only way for things to be deleted is for you to delete them. From the server logs, it looks like you just deleted a huge number of collections, leaving all the items in the library root.

If you made these changes within the last two days (which it looks like you did), you can try restoring from one of your automatic backups. Be sure to follow the instructions carefully, make backups of the backups, and temporarily disable auto-sync before doing anything.
  • Merci beaucoup!
If you make a critical mistake while using Zotero — for example, if you accidentally delete a large set of items — you may be able to revert to the last automatic backup. Note that automatic backups contain only data, not files."
  • I guess I don't really understand what you did or the exact problem you're reporting, and I don't think anyone else who has responded to you does either. Are you referring to items or files? Your screenshot shows that you still have PDFs, and you're using a full 2 GB of storage in your online library.

You are at your storage quota, so presumably some additional files were never uploaded, and if, while trying to solve some other problem, you deleted your Zotero data directory locally and synced to pull down all your data from the online library, you would now only have those 2 GB of files and no others. The files would be on the computer where they were added, if you didn't delete them.
Merci beaucoup!
