Can't connect to WebDAV from iPad

  • Hi I have the same problem.
    It works without problem on the PC (windows) but not on the app for iPad.
    Debug ID is D996365453.
    My WebDAV service is teracloud.
    The version is 1.0.3 and my iPadOS is 15.7.

    Appreciate your help!

    [ERROR] Zotero(+0000001): sessionTaskFailed(error: Error Domain=NSURLErrorDomain Code=-1005 "The network connection was lost."
    A PROPFIND request is hanging for several minutes and then getting disconnected. An earlier OPTIONS request is succeeding. I'm afraid that's all we can tell you. If you have a very large number of items, it may just be a performance problem handling a PROPFIND request on their end, though the desktop app would make the same request.
  • Hi thanks for your quick response. So, you mean I cannot sync to the WebDAV server with my iPad due to the limited performance?

    You'd have to ask your WebDAV provider whether there's a reason the PROPFIND request mentioned above might be hanging. They might be able to check the logs for more information.

    It could also be a problem with your network connection, a firewall, etc.
